How many rooms are there in the hotel?

The hotel has 30 rooms, allotted over 6 floors (from the ground floor to the 6th floor). The hotel offers 4 categories of rooms: standard single rooms, standard double rooms, classic rooms and comfortable rooms.

What are the reception hours?

The reception is open 24 hours a day.

At what time are the rooms available and at what time should they be vacated?

Our rooms are available from 3 pm. In order to have the rooms ready in time for new arrivals, we ask that the rooms be vacated no later than 11 am on the day of departure.

Do all rooms have a view on the street?

Only 18 rooms have the Constantinople Street view. All the other rooms have a view on the inner courtyard.

Do all rooms have a balcony ?

The hotel has 8 rooms with a pretty balcony, as in many Haussmann buildings. Each balcony is equipped with a small table and 2 chairs, which allow you to have a drink outside during the summer months. 3 standard rooms have small balconies in the Parisian roofs.

Can I leave my luggage at the hotel even if I am not yet a client or no longer a client?

The hotel has a luggage room and everyone can leave their luggage there. This service is available upon arrival or after departure only on the same day as you travel in the city.

Does the hotel offer a car park ?

No, the hotel does not have a car park. Parking on the street is charged from Monday to Saturday. It is limited to 2 hours and free parking spaces are sometimes available (paid car park on site or on the “Paybyphone” application). It is preferable to park your vehicle in one of the supervised car parks near the hotel (Parking Indigo Villiers located at 14 avenue de Villiers 75017 Paris or EFFIA Paris Rome Batignolles located at 43 bis boulevard des Batignolles), which offer daily rates.

Is the hotel located in a safe area ?

The hotel is located in a quiet residential area. A 24-hour presence is ensured in the hotel.

Is the neighbourhood lively ?

Constantinople Street is a quiet and residential street. Near the hotel, there are many restaurants (brasseries, bistros, gourmet restaurants, pizzeria…) that delight both Parisians and visitors. The district is lively during the week, a little calmer on Saturdays and Sundays. In front of the hotel you will find a City Market and a bakery. The nearby Lévis market, a pharmacy open from Monday to Saturday from 8 am to 9 pm (8 Avenue de Villiers, 75017 Paris) and, 300 metres away, a tobacco shop open from Monday to Sunday.

Is the internet access available throughout the hotel? Is it free of charge?

Free wifi connexion is available throughout the hotel (rooms and common areas). A Mac computer is also available in the hotel lobby and allows you to consult the Internet, read a USB key and print a document.

Can I plug my electrical appliances in the hotel?

Adapters are available upon request at the reception. The electrical voltage in effect in France is 230 V, if one of your devices is subjected to a different power, we advise you to take your measures.

Do you have a baby's cot and other accessories at your disposal?

Yes, we provide a cot in the parents’ room free of charge and upon request for the Comfort rooms. We also offer a high chair, changing mat, bottle warmer. The baby food can be warmed up in the microwave.

Is the hotel non-smoking?

Paris Gare Saint Lazare is a completely non-smoking hotel: all rooms and areas (public or not) of the hotel are non-smoking. Client who smoke in their room are liable to a penalty of 250 euros to cover the costs of cleaning and deodorization.

Are pets allowed?

The Paris Gare Saint Lazare hotel does not accept our pet friends within the hotel.
